Job description
AFS Energy is growing, and so is the EAC/Biomethane team! Therefore, we are looking for a sales-driven mastermind with strong communication skills who will support the Eastern Europe desk, by building and maintaining (new) relationships with (potential) clients. For this job, we require someone who is fluent in Polish, Russian, English and any other languages. Would you like to contribute to the growth of our company and this desk? Do you have an interest in biogas/biomethane? Or do you already have some experience in the world of biogas/biomethane, even better. We would love to get to know you better!

The focus of the position:
- Conducting market research to analyse market trends, potential clients, and competitors to substantiate business decisions.
- Executing trades on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with established trading protocols and procedures.
- Being able to do acquisition where cold calling is crucial to building up your own client portfolio.
- Developing strategies to improve performance: You boost client satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Maintaining existing relationships while creating your own portfolio with new clients and stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2+ years in a Sales focused position (Trader, Broker, New Business or similar).
- Sales experience (in the sustainability field) is a big plus.
- You are fluent in Polish, Russian and English. Any other languages are nice to have.
- Eager, energetic, curious, and proactive by nature.
- Independent, but also a strong team player.
- Curious, persistent and full of determination: this is an adventure for which you definitely need to possess these qualities.
