AFS Energy is growing, and so is the EAC/Biomethane team! We are looking for a communicative strong and sales driven mastermind that is able to support the DACH region, and to build new relationships with (potential) clients. Therefore we are looking for a fluent German speaker. Would you like to contribute to the growth of our company, and the growth of this desk!? The focus of the position:
- Conducting market research to analyse market trends, potential clients, and competitors to help inform business decisions.
- Executing trades where you are responsible for execution on behalf of clients, following established trading protocols and procedures.
- Being able to do acquisition where cold calling is crucial to building up your own client portfolio.
- Developing strategies to improve performance: You boost client satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Maintaining existing relationships while creating your own portfolio with new clients and stakeholders.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least +2 years in a Sales focused position (Trader, Broker, New Business or similar)
- Sales experience (in the sustainability field) is a big plus.

- You are fluent in English and German. Any other languages is a preferred.
- Eager, energetic, curious, and proactive by nature.
- Independent, but also a strong team player.
- Curious, persistent and full of guts: this is an adventure for which you definitely need to possess these qualities.
