About the role

As a Marketing Officer, your role will encompass a dynamic dual focus within the team. Your primary responsibility will be to support AFS Energy while also contributing to various marketing facets for AFS Group.Our Marketing team consist of 4 dedicated young professionals. You will team up with them to maintain a consistent and compelling visual identity. We're on the lookout for an all-around marketing maestro—a versatile professional who can do it all. Your mission? To spark awareness and visibility, igniting the flames of a positive brand image. Expect to be in the creative driver's seat, where copywriting prowess is your trusty companion, essential for crafting compelling marketing materials that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders.

But wait, there's more! We're also searching for someone with a knack for photography, adding a dash of visual finesse to our marketing palette. And as if that's not exciting enough, you'll be part of an unstoppable team effort, collaborating closely with our energy colleagues. Together, we're on a mission to lead the charge in propelling renewable energy solutions forward.

Your key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
• Foster a positive brand image through consistent messaging and creative content.
• Utilise your photography skills to capture high-quality images that align with our brand's visual identity.
• Ensure that all written content is aligned with the company's branding and messaging guidelines.
• Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

What you can offer us

• At least a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is obtained.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. This is a must.
• You have a pro-active and supportive attitude.
• You are enthusiastic and bring passion and energy to marketing initiatives.
• You possess a knack for photography.
• You have experience with copywriting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
