We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on digital expertise. You will take ownership of parts of our digital ecosystem across website, marketing automation and SEO/SEA, ensuring that every touchpoint is optimised for engagement, lead generation, and user experience.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building, analysing, and improving. You understand how all digital channels connect, how stakeholder journeys flow, and how to use data to drive smarter decisions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute high-performing digital initiatives that support brand visibility, marketing ROI, and commercial growth.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Best Practices

  • Define digital marketing best practices, including optimal content formats, channel use, and deployment across all digital platforms.

  • Develop integrated digital strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Website Management & UX

  • Own website planning, CMS management and continuous optimisation (Webflow, WordPress or similar).

  • Improve website content, structure, navigation and presentation to increase usability, conversion and SEO performance.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to maintain and improve site functionality and performance.

Analytics, Reporting & Measurement

  • Own digital reporting across website, SEO, SEA, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.

  • Ensure accurate measurement through GA4, GTM, conversion APIs and marketing automation tools.

  • Build dashboards and translate insights into clear recommendations.

SEO/SEM & Performance Growth

  • Lead SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword strategies, technical SEO improvements, and ongoing optimisation.

  • Monitor and manage search performance, feeds, and retargeting strategies.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage newsletter content, workflows and segmentation (Mailchimp, ZOHO, Pardot/Account Engagement).

  • Map stakeholder journeys across the funnel and support progression from awareness to marketing-qualified lead.

  • Help improve automation flows, lead scoring and CRM data quality.

Digital Enablement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, digital tools, workflows and efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing technologies, trends and new platform capabilities.

  • Work collaboratively across marketing, product, and commercial teams to deliver integrated digital projects.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of practical experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar performance-driven role.

  • Proven experience planning and executing digital campaigns

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, user journeys, and marketing automation principles.

  • Hands-on CMS experience (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, etc).

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, retargeting tools, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Skilled in SEO/SEM, keyword management, and search optimisation.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across marketing, product, content, and external vendors.

  • Ability to capture, test and implement emerging digital marketing technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRO tools, UX principles will help.

  • Affinity with digital product development, e-commerce optimisation, or subscription-based models.
